We are centrally located in the historical town of Kernville where you can stroll the shops, dine at the cafes, or simply relax along the banks of the Kern on our private beach. Our location is perfect for the camper, vacationer, and/or permanent resident. Please take a moment to go through our website for all the information you need to make your reservation today! RiverView has been under the same ownership and management for over 20 years. We are members of the Chamber of Commerce, California Travel Park Association, and listed in Woodall's world wide camping directory. The park is on a 10-acre parcel of land that sits on the northwest side of the Kernville Bridge on the banks of the Kern River, just walking distance to town. We are also in close proximity to Lake Isabella for those who love to boat, jet ski, water ski, windsurf, etc. RiverView consists of 43 overnight campsites that offer full hook-ups (with and without cable) or water and electric capabilities, whichever suits your camping needs. In addition to our overnight section, we have 30 sites that may be rented monthly for your extended stay here with us at RiverView. To further simplify your vacation, we offer RV storage here at the park. Storing with us is easy and convenient! All you need to do is call in advance and we will spot your RV to your reserved campsite for free! When you arrive at the park all you must do is check in at the office and drive directly to your campsite where your RV will be waiting! We pride ourselves on our private 1,000 ft of shoreline that allows you and your family to experience all types of recreational activities including volleyball, fishing, swimming, tubing, sunbathing and many other activities. If you are a guest at our park, you may take advantage of the beach as a take-out point for your rafts and kayaks. As an added bonus to our park, California Fish and Game stock the Kern River weekly from our own private banks. For the experienced and amateur fisherman, we offer the prime location for your sport! The park also has many beautiful shade trees that are beneficial to your vacation! Some of those benefits include escaping the sun, picnicking with your family, and relaxing at your campsite with family and friends. The park offers all modern accommodations with community restrooms and showers, laundry facilities, and dump station. We also provide, for your convenience, ice and firewood (at an additional charge.) It is your vacation…leave the work to us!
