Camp Kernville is your one-stop destination for whitewater rafting, kayaking, tubing, fishing, swimming, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, hunting and more!
Camp Kernville is centrally located in the historic town of Kernville on ten acres along the Kern River but is just a short walk to the shops and attractions. Camp Kernville boasts 1,000 ft private shoreline along the river for all of our guests to enjoy. It is a perfect place for recreational activities, and guests may use our shores as a take-out point for rafts and kayaks. California Fish and Game stock the river weekly from our private shoreline, which makes Camp Kernville a prime location to fish.
Get ready because Kernville is home to Whiskey Flat Days. Every year during Presidents Day weekend, we celebrate the beginning of our little town. The old west festival has gun fighting, music, parade, peddlers, rodeo, encampment, and MUCH more.
