Instructions
1. Lay globs of white paint on black construction paper.
2. Using a straw, blow from the bottom of the paint towards the top of the paper to spread the paint out.
3. Place Googly eyes on ghosts.
4. Allow paint to dry.
5. Draw a mouth on each ghost.
